As she explains, it wasn’t until her first day of plastic surgery training that she experienced a profound transition. “The first time I saw plastic surgery was a big turning point for me. I was overwhelmed by the potential to restore function and improve aesthetics. Plastic surgery provides you with a toolkit rather than an instruction manual. Once you understand your tools, you can use them to solve such a wide spectrum of problems,” she recalls.
