Dermatologists Discuss the Newest Player on the Neuromodulator Scene
Neinstein Plastic Surgery’s Nurse Tara was recently featured in a Marie Claire article about the latest neuromodulator on the scene. An excerpt from the article can be found, below.
The FDA-approval covers 40 units of Daxxify injected into the glabella, aka the 11 lines that commonly creep up between the eyebrows. For reference, this is roughly double the volume used with other neuromodulators. Because consumers have to purchase a whole syringe, Daxxify is also being used “off label” on other areas of the face, like the forehead and crow’s feet, according to Nurse Tara, the lead injector at Neinstein Plastic Surgery. The biggest difference is how big of a quantity injectors are using around the face.
