I was also blown away by their availability pre and post op. If you haven’t seen on Instagram, I can tell you – this is a busy office. They have multiple surgeries a day, 5-6 days a week, but somehow made me feel like I was their only patient. They were always available for my excessive, crazy questions. And even better – throughout the entire pre-and post op process, everyone (surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, back office team) were proactively contacting me to check in, and often! I have never experienced anything like this. This level of commitment and accessibility showcased their unwavering dedication to their patients’ well-being. Every other consult or elective surgery I have had in the past has always felt very transactional, but I can promise you that Neinstein Plastic Surgery is all about the interactions not the transactions.
