My Mommy Makeover Experience with Dr. Neinstein and Dr. Anna
I want to share my experience for others who may be in a similar situation. I was diagnosed with a diastasis recti from childbirth that was progressively getting worse. In addition, I had a bunch of scar tissue around my C-section incision.
I have done quite a bit of research on surgical solutions and completed multiple consults with area plastic surgeons. Each one told me that even though I have little to no fat to remove, I would have to undergo a FULL tummy tuck that would leave with a horizontal scar hip to hip as well as a vertical scar to my belly button due to the low placement of my C-section incision. This would be the only way to sew up my muscles from the pubic area to my breast. This was not something I wanted to do and found the scar burden unappealing.

He explained his technique to sew the muscles up without removing and replacing the belly button and utilizing my existing C-section scar only. I was sold on him as well as his solution. His enthusiasm and passion was inspiring. I had already seen his work on Instagram, and it was unparalleled, so I had no concerns over result, only the logistics of traveling for a surgery.
After the consult when I had a question, I would email or text and he would answer promptly. I was a little worried over the trip to New York as well as the financial commitment. Yes, it was more expensive, but I can tell you it was 100% worth it, and my body feels like it did when I was in my twenties. As far as the holistic experience, everyone in his office is superb. They make the experience seamless. From start to finish the customer service is off the charts and truly unmatched.
I ended up doing the mini tuck surgery with Dr. Neinstein in tandem with Dr. Anna Steve who is the breast specialist. She replaced my implants and put in an internal bra. The results were spectacular. Dr Anna and Dr. Neinstein are two of the most caring medical professionals I have ever met in my life, and I work in the medical profession with physicians daily and have for over 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about both surgeons as well as their staff. After the surgery they were available via text whenever I needed anything or any extra encouragement. I continue to correspond with them often.
I am 4 weeks out today and just completed my first run after surgery. I feel and look amazing! I am so grateful for Dr N and Dr Anna and their whole team.
