According to Neinstein, “Whether they’re from the Upper East Side, London or Sydney, the moms are saying, ‘Hey, you know, I’m a happy person. I love my kids. I love being a mom. I love my work. But when I go to exercise, I can’t be my strongest self. When I do a plank, everything feels like it’s falling out.”
